Nutrition Education
My work in preschool nutrition helped young children understand what it means to "eat the rainbow" by introducing them to colorful, healthy foods in fun and approachable ways. | I led a fun, hands-on preschool talk about “sugar bugs” on teeth, using interactive demos to help kids understand how sugar affects their smiles and why brushing is so important. |

We reviewed the wonderful world of citrus and why these juicy fruits are so good for our bodies | From seed to plate, we explored the delicious beet for Flagstaff's Harvest Day |
|---|
We described what tomatoes look like, taste like and how they grow. | It was important to explain where honey comes from and how it is important to save our pollinators. |
